Some small carpet remnants, typically under 12′ × 30′ (≈ 360 sq ft), are sold as Lot Sales. That means the carpet must be purchased as a single remaining bundle or remnant short roll, not split into smaller cuts.

Because these are clearance / close-out materials, we can’t be left with less than 360 sq ft after a purchase — roughly one 12′ × 30′ roll, enough to cover about two bedrooms.

• If your order would leave 360 sq ft or more remaining in stock → you can buy any amount you need.
• If your order would leave under 360 sq ft remaining → the full remaining lot must be purchased.
